Bandai Namco Entertainment announced on April 12th that it has established a startup investment fund, “Bandai Namco Entertainment 021 Fund.”
Investment targets include domestic and international startup companies that provide entertainment-related products and services using technologies such as blockchain, VR/AR/xR, and AI, as well as businesses related to Metaverse and Web 3.0, with an annual investment of 1 billion yen. The company plans to invest around 3 billion yen over three years.
