Mario’s voice actor “Charles Martinet” retired from Mario’s voice actor. In the future, he will become Mario’s goodwill ambassador.

On August 21, Nintendo announced that Charles Martinet, the voice actor for Mario in the “Super Mario” series,Retired as a voice actor for Mario and others announced.

Charles Martinet has been in charge of Mario’s voice actor for many years since “Super Mario 64” was released in 1996. In addition to Mario, he was also in charge of the voices of Luigi, Wario, and Waluigi.
Mr. Charles will be appointed as Mario’s goodwill ambassador in the future and will continue to interact with Mario.
